HOW TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION

Applicants are required to submit a cover letter with two copies of the Common Grant Application. (Click here to download the Application). In order to receive consideration, applications must be postmarked no later than April 1st.

Please include two copies of all items listed on the attachment portion of the Common Grant Application Form, including your organization's most recent tax return (i.e., IRS Form 990) and a copy of the 501(c)(3) exemption letter issued by the IRS.
